Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Home Manager for a permanent position at a large care home in Stoke‑On‑Trent. This family‑run care provider offers nursing and residential care for the elderly, set in a facility with a beautiful garden and excellent amenities. Recently refurbished in 2024, the home requires a Clinical Nurse Qualified manager to lead the team, motivate, and empower staff to ensure the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the care home.
