Perm Practice Nurse Milton Keynes
Dream Medical is working with a GP surgery in Milton Keynes to recruit a Practice Nurse. The role involves covering a minimum of 27 hours per week on a permanent basis. You will work as part of a team alongside GPs, nurses and healthcare assistants.
Skills and experience required:
- Up to date in baby immunisations and vaccinations
- Knowledge or experience of chronic disease management
- The care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems
- Child and adult immunisations
- Cervical cytology
- Spirometry
- Diabetes
- Asthma and COPD monitoring
- Family planning
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Up to date knowledge of QOF and enhanced services
Salary package includes:
