We’re looking for a Tech Staff Augmentation Specialist to join our teams by connecting exceptional tech talent with exciting projects across multiple business units.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and engaging technology professionals across engineering, cloud, data, and emerging tech
- Building strong pipelines of contractors and consultants ready to deploy into projects quickly
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand project requirements and talent needs
- Managing the full lifecycle of staff augmentation – from sourcing to onboarding
- Maintaining strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Moving fast without compromising quality (because projects don’t wait)
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in tech recruitment or staff augmentation
- Understanding of roles such as software engineers, cloud engineers, DevOps, data engineers, and architects
- Strong sourcing capabilities (LinkedIn, networks, referrals, communities)
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A natural curiosity about technology and people
