We’re looking for a Tech Staff Augmentation Specialist to join our teams by connecting exceptional tech talent with exciting projects across multiple business units.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and engaging technology professionals across engineering, cloud, data, and emerging tech
• Building strong pipelines of contractors and consultants ready to deploy into projects quickly
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand project requirements and talent needs
• Managing the full lifecycle of staff augmentation – from sourcing to onboarding
• Maintaining strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Moving fast without compromising quality (because projects don’t wait)

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience in tech recruitment or staff augmentation
• Understanding of roles such as software engineers, cloud engineers, DevOps, data engineers, and architects
• Strong sourcing capabilities (LinkedIn, networks, referrals, communities)
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A natural curiosity about technology and people
