Fixed Term Contract to cover Maternity Leave

Harrison Catering Services is a privately owned contract catering business, based in Thame, Oxfordshire, with over 1,900 employees across the UK. We are looking to appoint a person on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave within the HR team.

Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this is a key role providing accurate data to the HR system for starters, transfers, and leavers. The role’s primary focus is to check starter information details to maintain legislative compliance and enter this into the HR database. Placing standard adverts on job boards, completing offer letters and contracts along with other general email, letter and telephone communication are some of the other duties along with general office administration tasks.

The role is office based in Thame, and you will be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm on alternative weeks.

The successful candidate will be an organised, multi-tasker with a strong attention to detail to complete accurate data entry and record keeping. Full training will be given to the successful candidate.

The role will commence in May, which will provide a handover period for training and support into the role.
