A fast-growing, performance-driven media agency is looking for a Sales Training Manager to build and lead its internal talent engine.
This role combines full-cycle recruitment with structured sales training and onboarding, ensuring new hires become revenue-generating, client-ready performers as quickly and sustainably as possible.

What You’ll Be Doing
- ✔️ Defining ideal candidate profiles for sales and operational roles
- ✔️ Writing and managing job listings, proactively sourcing high-calibre talent
- ✔️ Running structured interviews, assessments and roleplay stages
- ✔️ Designing and delivering a formal 30-60-90 day onboarding programme
- ✔️ Training new hires on prospecting frameworks, objection handling, CRM usage and client communication standards
- ✔️ Conducting live call training, shadowing and structured feedback sessions
- ✔️ Certifying new hires as “client-ready” before account ownership
- ✔️ Tracking performance metrics including time to first meeting, time to first deal and 90-day revenue
- ✔️ Driving retention, accountability and performance standards across the sales function
