HR Consultant/HR Manager – Employee Relations – Local Authority
£27 – £36+ per Hour (negotiable depending on experience)
Hybrid working available
9 months initial contract – likely to be extended
Job Responsibilities
- Reporting to the HR Consultancy lead this role will work within HR & OD to provide professional HR advice to line managers; using a risk-based approach to determine the level of support required.
- Offering appropriate and pragmatic advice to enable effective management of people performance issues, application of HROD policy, best practice and employment law knowledge to drive performance improvement.
- This role will work closely with OD colleagues to up skill people management practices across the Council.
You must have
- Previous experience within employee relations
- Experience of working directly within a local authority
