An exciting opportunity for a dynamic and highly motivated Account Manager has arisen within a rapidly expanding printing business.
Responsibilities
- Thrive in customer service with great attention to detail and a highly competent, client‑centric approach to managing accounts.
- Process ‘Request for Quotes’, orders and artwork for your clients.
- Utilise your in‑depth knowledge of print products and processes and first‑rate communication skills to maximise contract values and build long‑term relationships with clients that will stand the test of time.
- Supported by our in‑house Management Information System, track and ensure all jobs are delivered without issue and with excellent client communication throughout.
- Be articulate, very well organised, determined and motivated.
Qualifications
- Print knowledge is a must for this role.
- Resident in the UK and have recently worked in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
