Recruitment Account Manager

Thorn Baker’s Facilities Management division is looking for a driven and ambitious individual to join our team. If you are interested in applying for this job, please make sure you meet the following requirements as listed below. This is an exciting opportunity to start or develop your career in recruitment. Initially, you’ll support the team by sourcing high-quality temporary and permanent cleaning staff across the UK. As you grow in the role, you’ll progress into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant position, including B2B sales and client management responsibilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and develop strong relationships with existing client accounts
• Act as the main point of contact, ensuring excellent service delivery
• Coordinate recruitment activity to meet workforce requirements
• Work closely with consultants to fill vacancies efficiently
• Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities
• Attend client meetings and site visits when required
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates
