Role Overview

As the Safeguarding Support Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting the safety and well‑being of our school. You will work closely with staff, students and families to ensure that safeguarding policies are upheld across the school community.

Skills and Qualifications

  • A genuine interest in child welfare and safeguarding practices
  • Strong communication skills with both young people and adults
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team within the Safeguarding Department
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn new procedures related to safeguarding responsibilities
  • Patience, empathy and resilience when working with staff, students and families
