We are partnering with a fast-growing, luxury hospitality and lifestyle brand to appoint an experienced CRM Manager based in London.

With ambitious growth plans and a strong digital focus, they are now looking for a commercially minded CRM expert to elevate customer engagement, retention and lifetime value.

The Role

As CRM Manager, you will take ownership of the CRM strategy, driving customer acquisition, retention and loyalty initiatives across multiple markets. You will be responsible for delivering highly personalised, data-driven campaigns that enhance the end-to-end customer journey.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing the global CRM strategy
  • Building segmented, automated customer journeys across email and other channels
  • Driving member engagement, repeat bookings and lifetime value
  • Analysing customer data to deliver actionable insights and optimise performance
  • Managing campaign calendars, testing plans and reporting frameworks
  • Collaborating closely with Marketing, Digital, Partnerships and Commercial teams
  • Overseeing CRM platform management and continuous optimisation

About You

  • Proven experience in a CRM Manager or Senior CRM Executive role
  • Strong background in luxury, travel, hospitality or membership-based businesses preferred
  • Highly data-driven with strong analytical capability
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze or similar)
  • Commercially focused with a strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing
  • Detail-oriented, organised and comfortable managing multiple projects
