- FULL UK DRIVING LICENCES REQUIRED
- MOTOR VEHICLE REQUIRED

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting individuals with personal care and dailyroutines
- Encouraging independence and promoting wellbeing
- Following care plans and safeguarding procedures
- Completing accurate care notes and reporting concerns
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and on-site teams
