Pharmacist Prescribers urgently required for a busy Walk in centre in Sheffield/Barnsley

We are currently looking for Prescribing Pharmacists to work in walk in centres across Sheffield/Barnsley. This role is on a Locum basis across 7 days with various shift patterns available. Our Client is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Prescribing Pharmacists who are adaptable, reliable and flexible.

Role and Duties

• Medication Reviews
• Discharge Reviews
• Minor Ailment clinics
• Diabetes/Hypertension specialty preferred but not essential
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and technical standard of work, complying with relevant Codes of Practice.
• Hold all documentation required by all clinicians under the NHS Employers standard checks.
• Minimum of 24 months UK, NHS experience.
• Professional and cooperative attitude towards patients, customers and colleagues.
• Member of an appropriate professional body and hold a valid registration.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
