Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Biology Tutor to support primary students in developing a strong foundation in life sciences aligned with the UK National Curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging lessons on topics such as plants, animals, habitats, human body, and basic ecology.
Simplify scientific concepts through interactive activities and experiments.
Prepare students for SATs (Year 2 & Year 6).
Track progress and provide feedback to parents.
Encourage curiosity and scientific thinking.
Requirements:
Degree in Biology or related field (or strong subject knowledge).
Experience teaching KS1–KS2 students.
Knowledge of UK National Curriculum.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
