Machine Operator – Automated Packing Lines

Shift: Monday to Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for Machine Operators to join their team in Elsham, working on afternoon shifts operating automated packing lines. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing experience, but the most important thing is a positive mindset and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated packing lines efficiently and safely
• Maintain product quality and adhere to production standards
• Assist with troubleshooting minor issues and elevate as needed
• Keep the work area clean and safe
• Work as part of a collaborative team

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing or operating machinery is required
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
• Positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn
• Reliable and flexible team player
