Process Technician

Our client, a well‑established injection moulding company, is looking for a Process Technician to help improve and support their production processes, ensuring parts are made to the right standard, on time, and cost‑effectively.

This is an autonomous role where you will play a key role in providing hands‑on production support, setting up, running, and optimising a new automated manufacturing process.

Job Description

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes, reducing waste and downtime
• Support and deliver weekly production schedules to meet customer requirements
• Monitor production progress and resolve production issues
• Ensure materials, tools, and resources are available for production
• Achieve target output rates and equipment efficiency by ensuring manufacturing processes are running smoothly

Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications

• Experience working with injection moulding machinery
• Good understanding of quality and production processes
• A hands‑on, problem‑solving approach
• Experience tracking and reporting output figures
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principals
