Location: Bourne

Pay: £16.60 per hour

Start: Immediate

Schedule: Monday to Thursday 6am – 6pm and 6pm – 6am. 12 hour shifts, 4 on 3 off, always a weekend off.

Type: Temporary with potential to become permanent.

We are recruiting for a machine operator to work for this growing company in Bourne. They are looking for technically minded individuals who want to work hard, learn, and progress in a small friendly team.

Responsibilities

• Attention to detail is paramount for this role, as you are setting the flow for product to be split into workable pieces.
• Operating Forklift Counterbalance to load product into the hopper and unload again for the next process.
• Regularly quality testing to ensure the purity.
• Work to instructions and follow work orders.
• Keep the work area tidy.

Qualifications

• Machine operator experience.
• Forklift Counterbalance licence.
• Machine minding / setting / operating.
• Wants to work and progress.
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts.
• Own transport required.
