Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Personal Assistant with business acumen to act as the trusted right-hand to a principal overseeing multiple companies, investments, and international interests.
This is a Hybrid role with extensive UK and International travel.
It’s a senior, strategic, and high-responsibility role for someone who thrives at the centre of complexity, moves seamlessly between business and personal priorities, and anticipates needs before they arise. The successful candidate will be a true partner to the principal, providing structure, clarity, and momentum across a wide-ranging portfolio.
The Role
Working directly with the principal, you will manage, coordinate, and oversee a diverse ecosystem of companies, investments, advisors, and projects across multiple jurisdictions. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth decision-making, strong follow-through, and effective communication at the highest level.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing day-to-day executive support alongside long-term strategic coordination
- Managing communications, priorities, and decision flow across business and personal matters
- Acting as a key liaison with CEOs, CFOs, legal counsel, finance teams, family office partners, and external advisors
- Overseeing follow-ups, deliverables, and accountability across multiple companies and stakeholders
- Preparing concise briefings, summaries, and decision memos for the principal
- Managing highly complex calendars, international travel, and logistics across multiple time zones
- Acting as a gatekeeper with discretion, authority, and sound judgment
- Anticipating issues and opportunities, and proactively resolving them before they escalates
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years’ experience as a senior Personal Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in a comparable right-hand role
- French to a bilingual level would be a massive bonus
- Deep understanding of financial and accounting operations concepts
- Highly intelligent, organised, and calm under pressure
- Naturally proactive, with the ability to see around corners
- Confident operating with senior leaders, investors, and professional advisors
- Exceptionally discreet, loyal, and trusted with sensitive and confidential information
- Able to manage multiple moving parts without compromising standards
- Proven experience supporting founders, principals, UHNW individuals, or complex multi-entity organisations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Equally comfortable operating at a strategic level and executing with precision
- This role requires extensive international travel (about 50% of the time)
- You must be fully available, flexible, and genuinely enthusiastic about travelling frequently – often at short notice – to support the principal across global meetings, site visits, and key engagements.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 50 hours per week with full flexibility on start and finish time
Salary Offered: £ 80,000+ gross per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)
