Job Description:

Join a FTSE 50 Leader as Personal Assistant to Senior Executives

At the heart of this global FMCG powerhouse, the senior leadership team drives innovation, commercial excellence, and industry‑shaping impact. We’re now looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant who thrives in high‑performance environments and brings the polish, composure, and commercial acumen typically honed in Big Four or major FTSE‑listed organisations.

This is more than a support role — it’s a chance to become a trusted partner to three influential executives: our Investor Relations Director, Group Financial Controller, and Director of Insurance. You’ll play a key role in enabling them to perform at their best, shaping the rhythm and efficiency of their daily operations.

Why This Role Matters

You will be joining a business known for its ambition, pace and global scale. Your contribution will directly influence the effectiveness of our most senior decision‑makers, giving you visibility and impact at the highest levels.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Orchestrating complex business schedules aligned with financial calendars, market updates, and strategic priorities.
  • Managing demanding and fast‑changing diaries with foresight and precision.
  • Planning all elements of international and domestic travel — from logistics to compliance requirements.
  • Acting as a key liaison between internal PAs and leadership teams to ensure seamless coordination and timely reporting.
  • Proactively spotting scheduling risks and resolving issues before they escalate.
  • Supporting high‑profile projects such as conferences, research initiatives, and year‑end reporting.
  • Managing the distribution of monthly management accounts through board‑level platforms.
  • Handling executive expenses with efficiency, discretion, and accuracy.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who embodies the standards of a top‑tier corporate environment:

  • Significant PA experience supporting senior leaders — ideally within a Big Four, FTSE, or similarly complex organisation.
  • A strong grasp of financial reporting cycles and investor relations rhythms.
  • The ability to build trust quickly and influence at senior levels.
  • Advanced capability across Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
  • Confident management of multi‑leg, international travel itineraries.
  • Experience with board governance software (a plus, not essential).

The Attributes That Define You

  • You’re organised, structured, and always thinking three steps ahead.
  • You communicate with clarity, warmth, and executive‑level professionalism.
  • You are composed, resourceful, and solutions‑driven — especially under pressure.
  • You thrive in fast‑moving environments and take pride in delivering work of the highest standard.
  • You anticipate needs before they arise and bring a sense of calm control to every situation.
