Job Description United Infrastructure is looking for a Trainee Personal Assistant to work alongside our Executive Assistant. Key Responsibilities
- Handle confidential and sensitive information securely and appropriately.
- Provide general administrative support, including diary management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating correspondence.
- Support travel and accommodation bookings.
- Preparing meeting rooms
- Assist with the MD’s expenses, ensuring accurate records are kept
- Liaising with Finance to process invoices and payments on time.
- Draft and format documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
- Assist in screening enquiries, requests and emails, escalating when appropriate.
- Provide reception cover when required
- Liaise with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Placing orders
Qualifications
- Keen to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Highly organised with good attention to detail.
- Confident communicators with strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage time effectively and balance multiple tasks.
- Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information.
- Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) — training and development will be provided where needed.
