Key Responsibilities

• Assisting fee earners with a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
• Preparing and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, transfers, and completion statements.
• Conducting searches and reviewing title documents.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently.
• Managing administrative tasks such as file opening, AML checks, and maintaining accurate records.
• Providing excellent client care and regular updates on case progress.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a residential conveyancing role (paralegal or similar).
• Good understanding of the residential property transaction process.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage workload effectively in a busy office environment.
• A proactive and professional approach with strong attention to detail.
