This opportunity for a commercial real estate paralegalis with aleading real estate team in theirBristol office. The team dealsall aspects of estate management worksuch aproperty investment, large development companies, banks, pension funds, private investors and retail funds.

The Role:

• Dealing with licences to assign and licences for alterations
• Drafting deeds of variation and deeds of easement
• Preparing sale contracts and transfers for conveyancing matters
• Reviewing leases
• Ensuring compliance with money laundering regulations

Your Experience:

• You must have experience in real estate transactions
• Experience in dealing with large workload is paramount.
