Main Responsibilities

  • Provide core business functions in addition to working closely with the team, including social workers, SEND keyworkers and Family Help practitioners.
  • Use Microsoft Office 365 and its main applications.
  • Chase workers for paperwork to ensure work is completed to required deadlines.
  • Input data in our database, share data and help keep the database up to date, including cleansing data as needed.

Ideal Candidate

  • Good communication skills – interact with many people across the organisation and externally via phone, in person and email.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail – keep data updated and work to deadlines.
  • A flexible approach to work – prioritise work and change tasks quickly as required.
  • A passion for delivering the best service.
