Female Personal Carer / Support Worker

TDA Care Solution are currently recruiting for a compassionate, engaging, and reliable female carer to provide one-to-one support for a female with autism.

This role is ideal for someone who is personable, emotionally intelligent, and able to build a supportive, respectful relationship based on trust and understanding.

Key Requirements:

• Female applicant (due to personal care needs)
• Experience supporting individuals with SEN and/or autism
• Strong communication skills, with clear and easy-to-understand spoken English
• Attentive and responsive to individual needs and preferences
• Able to support independence without being overly controlling
• Friendly, down-to-earth personality with a good sense of humour
• Enjoys a relaxed, companion-style dynamic (more like a supportive friend than a formal carer)
• Comfortable around animals
• Proactive, positive, and open to trying new activities
• Respectful of personal boundaries (physical affection only when initiated or welcomed)

This is a rewarding role for someone who values building a genuine, supportive connection while promoting independence and quality of life.

Minimal Criteria:

• Experience working in a care/support worker role
• Competent in supporting individuals with SEN and/or autism
• Relevant training in SEN/autism support (completed)
• Right to work in the UK
• Living within a reasonable commuting distance
• Willing and able to support the client with their preferred activities and travel plans when required
