SME Customer Service Representative

Overview

The role will involve both proactive and reactive communication to the end clients via telephone and email. The CS Representative will complete tasks in line with the agreed deliverables of the project. Adhering to the processes defined for delivery of customer service, they will take ownership of the clients and will meet the agreed standards.
