Pay: £13.20 per hour + sleep-ins

Shifts

• 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM
• Sleep-in: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

About the Role

We’re looking for a Residential Support Worker to support young people in a children’s home in Cannock. You’ll help create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment while supporting their day-to-day needs and development.

Key Duties

• Support young people with emotional, physical, and daily living needs
• Build positive relationships and act as a role model
• Promote positive behaviour and provide 1:1 support
• Follow care plans and support education and activities
• Keep accurate records and contribute to reviews
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people
• Understanding of safeguarding
• Ability to work shifts including sleep-ins
• Driving licence (desirable)
