What You’ll Do
- Provide person-centred support that helps people achieve their goals.

- Support with care plans, risk assessments, medication and accurate record keeping.
- Promote dignity, safeguarding and positive behaviour support.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and professionals.
- Be flexible with shifts to support the smooth running of services.

- (Desirable) Care Certificate and experience supporting diverse needs.
