The Bid Coordinator
The successful bid coordinator will have had previous experience within the construction industry, ideally within a consultancy environment.
The Bid Coordinator Responsibilities
The bid coordinator will work on various projects supporting either the Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager leads on both Public and Private sector work.
Logging projectsCoordinating bid informationAssisting with draftsPQQ’s and ITTsCapability documentsInDesign / Abobe beneficialAssisting with 3-4 projects a timeLiaising with the bid and marketing team, PM’s QS’s and any other relevant partiesMinutes, reportsAssisting with marketing eventsAd-hoc admin tasks (invoicing, travel arrangements)As the Bid Coordinator you must be:
