Summary of Role
Working as part of a small, growing team to schedule and coordinate fire pump remedial works, varying from small jobs to some larger projects
What you will be doing
- Producing Customer quotations to address Fire Pump related remedial works.
- Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure best value costings are achieved.
- Providing Customer support and responding to queries related to Fire Pump remedial quotations.
- Scheduling & organising Fire Pump remedial works, including arranging parts & materials.
- Raising & processing supplier & subcontractor purchase orders.
- Actioning all Customer queries and requests in a timely manner, escalating as required.
- Liaising efficiently with Customers, Service Engineers and the wider H&K Team.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of all relevant IT systems.
- Ensuring adherence to all Company Policies & Procedures.
What we will need from you
- Experience within the sprinkler industry is highly desirable although experience in a related engineering service delivery field would be considered (highly desirable).
- Good understanding of Microsoft excel and MS office packages (essential)
- Experience of Corrigo (desirable)
- Strong communication skills (essential)
- Confident telephone manner with exemplary customer service aptitude (essential)
- Eager to work in a fast paced, busy, growing workplace (essential).
