Customer Experience Advisor

Location: Basingstoke Aquadrome

Salary: £13.00 per hour plus uncapped commission and excellent benefits

Schedule: Saturdays, approx. 9:00am-5:00pm – flexibility offered

As a Customer Experience Advisor in our Basingstoke Aquadrome team, you’ll be the welcoming face and voice of the centre on one of our busiest days. You’ll help visitors, engage new enquiries, and support our community to thrive by delivering an excellent experience at every interaction.

This role is all about connection – greeting customers, supporting members, responding to enquiries, and helping prospective visitors take their next steps. Your work will play a meaningful part in growing our community and ensuring everyone feels supported, valued, and inspired.

What you’ll do as a Customer Experience Advisor

You’ll be entrusted to:

  • Respond to incoming phone calls, web enquiries, and walk ins
  • Contact prospective customers to arrange tours and follow ups
  • Book and host tours for potential new members
  • Support existing members with renewals and general enquiries
  • Assist with front of house duties
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience at all times
  • Support light social media activity, including creating and posting engaging content
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries and follow ups

  • Previous experience in customer service, front of house environments, or a commercially focused role would be beneficial, but your attitude and drive are just as important.

  • Comfortable speaking to people on the phone and face to face
