Job Description:
- Your day-to-day: Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
- Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
- Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical & welfare needs
- Report on medical & welfare needs as required
- Safeguard
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
- Note: Successful applicants would be required to attend a 3 week full time induction at the start of employment at Cygnet Bury. (Monday to Friday 9am 5pm)
- Salary: £12.37 per hour + 12.1% Annual leave allowance
