Peer Support Worker

Position

Gender Identity Service Peer Support Worker – providing peer support to service users across Highland.

Location

Royal Northern Infirmary (RNI) Hospital, Inverness.

Employment Details

Work one day per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer support to service users across Highland as part of the Gender Identity service.
• Work alongside and be supported by the multidisciplinary Gender Identity team.
• Apply gender diversity experience in all interactions.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of the service.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in gender diversity support.
• Non‑judgmental, considerate attitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience working one day per week preferred.
