This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, working with cross-functional teams, and taking ownership of complex workflows from start to finish.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate end-to-end contract reviews (MSAs, frameworks, amendments)
- Identify risks and align positions with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Commercial)
- Manage multiple deadlines and workstreams, ensuring timely delivery
- Oversee client onboarding, questionnaires, and compliance documentation
- Support tenders and bids, ensuring alignment between commitments and contracts
- Maintain clear, accurate, and auditable documentation
What we’re looking for
- Experience in bids, contracts, tenders, or coordination roles
- Comfortable working in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
