Community Integrated Care is one of the UK’s largest health and social care charities. The role is based in a small purpose‑built ground‑floor home with its own bedrooms, a communal lounge and kitchen, and a large outdoor space. There are four people we support living here, and they face many different challenges.
As a support worker you will: provide personal care and assistance, help with mobilisation and positioning, support the residents’ community outings, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. You will also use our service vehicle when required.
You will ideally have a full UK Manual driving licence so that you can drive our service vehicle.
