Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager/Diocesan Surveyor to oversee clergy housing and diocesan residential properties in the Diocese. This is an excellent opportunity to use your professional expertise to support our clergy and contribute to long‑term asset stewardship.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the residential property portfolio in the southern area of the Diocese, ensuring statutory compliance, high maintenance standards, effective planning, and strong relationship‑management with clergy, parishes, contractors, and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Chartered Surveyor (RICS) or equivalent experience
- Strong property, compliance & project management skills
- Excellent communicator, organised & compassionate
- Able to work across a varied residential portfolio
