Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with patients
• Encourage engagement in meaningful activities and conversations
• Help to calm and de-escalate challenging situations when they arise

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Patience, empathy, and a calm approach under pressure
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a supportive team
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience working within mental health
• Restraint training (e.g., MAPA / PMVA)
