Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting reliable and professional Exam Invigilators to support secondary schools across Newport and surrounding areas in South Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with Teaching Assistant experience or those looking to gain experience within the education sector.

• Supervise students during examinations, ensuring JCQ exam regulations are followed
• Assist with setting up exam rooms, including seating plans and materials
• Monitor student behaviour and maintain a calm, controlled environment
• Record attendance and report any irregularities to the Exams Officer
• Distribute and collect exam papers in line with procedures
• Work collaboratively with school staff and the exams team
• Previous Teaching Assistant experience (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional approach
• Interest in working within secondary schools in Newport
