Duties:
- Manage the Information Counter and professionally handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints with a courteous and service-oriented approach.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures, including housekeeping, opening and closing duties, stock-taking, and counter operations.
- Assist in the execution of promotional activities such as redemptions, lucky draws, and contests.
- Support the implementation of loyalty programmes by promoting membership, registering customers, and managing parking and voucher redemptions.
- Promote a customer‑centric service culture while maintaining operational excellence individually and within the team.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- Able to commit to rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Prior frontline customer service experience
