Driving Instructors in Blandford & Bovington (MOD Contract)
We’re currently recruiting Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs) in Blandford, Bovington and surrounding areas to support a major new Ministry of Defence (MOD) driver training contract launching in April 2026.
Acclaim Driving, in partnership with Hughes Driver Training, has been appointed to deliver Category B driver training across the UK, and due to a significant increase in expected learner numbers at go‑live, we are now looking to bring in up to 7 additional instructors locally on a long‑term basis.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to step into a more structured and reliable working model, delivering training to motivated MOD learners within a consistent weekday schedule.
- Monday–Friday working (8am–4pm) or flexible block work
- 2:1 paired training format
- Weekly pay, £800 per test pass – average number of passses is 7 per month.
- Long‑term, government‑backed contract
- No franchise or upfront fees

With learner volumes increasing ahead of launch, we are expanding our instructor team in Blandford to ensure we can meet demand from day one and maintain a consistent, high‑quality training experience across the site.
