Do you love learning new skills? Are you a team player? With a little help from our award-winning apprenticeship programme, our Chef Apprentices kick start their career in the kitchen.

If you’re a certified foodie with a passion for cooking, our chef apprenticeship will give you the skills to kick start your career. We’ll help you become confident in the kitchen, and develop you into a vital member of any kitchen team. If you have little or no experience but are passionate about cooking, our chef apprenticeship will give you the confidence to work in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• On-the-job training in one of our busy kitchens.
• Ensure every dish leaves the kitchen looking perfect and is presented to a high standard.
• Create our guests’ favourite meals and keep the workspace clean and tidy.

Training and outcome

• You’ll work towards a Level 2 Hospitality Food Production Apprenticeship with support from our passionate kitchen teams and your Regional Trainer.
