You will be welcoming visitors to The Ridge Hill Centre and assisting the existing team in providing a comprehensive administration service.

Job responsibilities
- Taking and redirecting calls
- Welcoming and directing service users, visitors and contractors
- Processing SPOR referrals
- Receiving post and deliveries
- Performing administration duties to assist the admin team
Person Specification
- Administration experience, preferably NHS
- Excellent verbal, written and customer service skills
- Team player
- Good punctuality and attendance
- Experience of using Rio
