Traffic Marshall

Overview

Location: Winchester. Start Date: Immediate. We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Traffic Marshal to join a reputable construction project based in Winchester. This position requires a valid CSCS card and a strong understanding of on-site safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Directing and managing vehicle and pedestrian movement safely around the site
• Communicating clearly with site operatives, drivers, and management
• Maintaining a safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Reporting any hazards, incidents, or near misses promptly
• Supporting general site operations when required

Requirements

• Valid Traffic Marshal (Banksman) certificate
• Valid CSCS card
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain alert and vigilant
• Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude
