Teaching Assistant

You’ll be supporting pupils across the school, including children who benefit from extra classroom support, helping them to grow in confidence, stay engaged and enjoy their learning.
The Role
- Supporting pupils one‑to‑one and in small groups
- Helping children stay focused, confident and happy in class
- Working alongside experienced teachers and support staff
- Supporting learning, behaviour and emotional development
- Being a positive role model for pupils
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with children (school or SEN experience welcome)
- Warm, patient and encouraging approach
- Confident supporting pupils who need a little extra help
