TLTP are currently working with a Kent based primary school, who are looking to recruit a TA to work with KS1 students. This will be a long‑term position until July 2026.

Are you able to engage children in the classroom and add additional concentration and development of learning? Can you build relationships with pupils that support the children in the process of learning? Do you have SEN experience? If you answered yes to these questions, then this SEN TA role is for you!
Teaching Assistant
The school is based in the Kent borough and provides education to children from the ages of 3‑11. It hosts a positive and work‑driven environment that flows throughout the staffing team and students alike. This positive atmosphere offers children a more engaging and positive outlook on education, promoting learning of the highest standard.
The school is roughly a 10‑minute walk from the nearest station and offers on‑site parking for drivers. We are looking for an experienced, adaptive, and positive SEN Teaching Assistant who can assist and communicate in the learning of students, as well as bond with children to create healthy relationships and support them in the process of learning.
