Supporting children with a range of additional needs (SEMH, ASC, MLD, SLD, andmore)
Helping pupils access learning and buildindependence
Creating a calm, positive, and encouragingenvironment
Working closely with teachers and SENCOs
Using patience, empathy, and creativity to help students shine
Making every day rewarding
for you and your pupils
What You’ll Need
Experience working with children or vulnerable adults (school or non‑schoolsettings welcome)
A caring, patient, adaptable approach
Confidence supporting students with a range of needs
An enhanced DBS (or willingness to get one through Hays)
