Night Care Assistant – Hamilton House

44 Hours/week – Nights and Alternate Weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist with washing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and continence care
• Help with mobility and transfers
• Offer companionship and a friendly presence
• Support mental and emotional well‑being
• Observe and report changes in a client’s physical or emotional condition

Requirements

• Ideally have an NVQ2 in Adult Health and Social Care
• A minimum of 1 year’s experience in Care although this is not essential
• Excellent communication, listening and empathy skills
• A genuine passion for elderly care and team development
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
