Are you experienced in health and social care and ready to bring your skills into a specialist school environment? We are looking for a Learning & Care Support Worker to support children with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and complex medical or sensory needs. Many pupils are non-verbal and require hands‑on support with daily routines, communication, and learning activities.

As a Learning & Care Support Worker, you will work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to help pupils engage in learning, develop life skills, and access their full potential.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting pupils during lessons and sensory activities
