- Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour
- Contract: 43.75 Average Hours Per week: 19:30 – 20:00 Shift rotation: Week 1: 3 nights / Week 2: 4 nights

We’re currently looking for a compassionate and dependable Waking Night Support Worker to join our dedicated team. If you’re someone who brings calmness and reassurance, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while providing care and support to our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Ensuring the safety and well‑being of clients
- Responding to any incidents or emergencies with confidence and care
- Providing emotional support to clients who may be restless or anxious
- Carrying out routine checks and light administrative tasksMaintaining a secure and calm environment in line with safeguarding policies
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a support or care setting (desirable but not essential)
- A kind, empathetic, and patient nature
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- A genuine interest in addiction recovery and helping others

The Recruitment Process:
- You will have an initial phone conversation with the talent acquisition specialist, which will be an informal chat and opportunity to ask questions about the position
- If you are successful in your initial phone conversation, you will be required to undertake an interview on‑site or via video conference. (please note that if you have a video/in‑person interview, you will be required to visit the centre at a later date for our 2nd stage interview)
