Ideal role for a Support Worker looking for additional work during the night.
We have an exciting opportunity for hardworking and friendly Support Workers to join the team in a great Sherwood based support unit. Up to 8 residents receive personalised support for autism and learning disabilities, with activities tailored to promoting independence and development.
Responsibilities
- Working alongside residents in daily activities.
- Providing mobility support where necessary.
- Performing domestic duties.
- Updating condition reports.
- Managing behaviour challenges.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 months experience within a similar care environment.
- Checkable work history.
- Up-to-date mandatory training documents: Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling, and Infection Control (online training available if not up-to-date).
- In‑date enhanced DBS check (facilitated if expired).
Shift Details
This position is ongoing.
Flexible night shifts available from Monday to Sunday, from 22:00 to 08:00. You can choose the days that suit you.
Pay
Rate of pay for this role £12.71 per hour.
