Job Title: Housekeeper Assistant

Location: Stibb

Main Tasks

  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all rental fleet and accommodation, stock caravans and company premises to the highest standard
  • Cleaning of windows inside and outside where required
  • Interior and exterior valeting of caravans
  • Report lost and found property immediately to your manager
  • The recording, reporting and dealing with any faults, breakages of equipment and replacement of fittings, furnishings and supplies as required
  • Checking contents inventories and replenish as required
  • Laundry services
  • Liaise regarding housekeeping needs, on a daily basis, with other departments
  • Ordering of equipment and stock and negotiating the provision of supplies on approval of your manager and with due regard to budgetary controls
  • To use products and equipment in accordance with manufacturers recommendations
  • Undergo training as required
  • Always behave in a polite and courteous manner so as to be an ambassador for the company
  • Personal appearance at all times to be in accordance with company standards
  • To have an understanding and awareness of all products and facilities offered by the company
  • To be aware of and apply the provisions of the employee handbook
  • Understand and comply with health and safety requirements applicable to your role
  • Comply promptly with personnel and payroll procedures

Key Results / Responsibilities

  • To ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the parks’ buildings and caravans to the highest standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve the standards of both service and presentation of the park
  • To ensure the highest possible standard of customer care
  • To ensure that any complaints are dealt with immediately
  • Not to bring the company into disrepute
  • To be dressed and presented appropriately to your role at all times
  • To deal effectively with customer enquiries as to products and services
  • To act at all times in accordance with company procedures and standards
  • To carry out your duties in a manner that ensures the safest environment for colleagues and guests alike
  • Support on changeover days within the warehouse
  • Delivering linen when reported
