Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to work on a housing development site in Tiverton. This role involves maintaining cleanliness in site offices and welfare facilities to ensure a clean, safe, and professional environment for staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning site offices and meeting rooms
- Maintaining welfare facilities including canteens, toilets, and changing areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and wiping surfaces
- Emptying bins and replenishing consumables where required
- Ensuring all areas are kept clean, hygienic, and presentable
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and able to work independently
- CSCS card not essential
